With a background in beauty, wellness, hospitality, and over 20 years in leadership, I’ve spent my career helping people feel their best, inside and out.

My journey into coaching really began when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. That moment forced me to slow down, take a hard look at how I was living, and start caring for myself in a whole new way. It opened the door to deeper healing, self-discovery, and a whole lot more compassion, for myself and for others.

​

Now I support clients who are ready to feel better, live with more intention, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach blends science-backed tools with heartfelt support and real-life conversations. Whether you’re burned out, feeling stuck, or simply craving a reset, I’m here to walk with you.

6-Session Wellness Package

Real change takes time, intention, and support. This package is designed to help you build momentum and stay connected to your goals over the course of 6–12 weeks. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what’s ready to shift.

You’ll leave each session with clarity, accountability, and practical tools you can use right away, plus the space to reflect and evolve as you go.

  • What is a wellness coach, exactly?
    A wellness coach is a professional partner who helps you make sustainable lifestyle changes by exploring your goals, challenges, and strengths. Think of it as having a personal support system for your health and well-being.
  • Is coaching like therapy?
    Nope! Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often explores past trauma or mental health diagnoses, coaching helps you move forward from where you are now. It’s about creating momentum, not unpacking old wounds.
  • What can I work on with a wellness coach?
    Lots! Common topics include stress management, energy levels, work-life balance, healthy habits, confidence, boundaries, sleep, and purpose. If it affects your well-being, it’s on the table.
  • So…do you just tell me how to fix my life?
    Nope. I’m not the boss of you—and that’s a good thing! I’ll ask the right questions so YOU discover what works best for your life. I’m here to guide, not dictate.
  • How long does coaching take?
    Some clients feel a shift after just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll find the rhythm that works for you—no pressure, no cookie-cutter plan.
  • Is everything we talk about confidential?
    Yes. 100%. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I follow strict ethical guidelines and comply with HIPAA to protect your privacy. What we talk about stays between us.
  • What happens in a coaching session?
    We talk! Sessions are structured but relaxed. You’ll set the focus, and I’ll guide you with powerful questions, reflections, and tools. You’ll leave each session with clarity, insight, and doable next steps.
  • What if I’m not sure what I need?
    That’s okay! You don’t need to have it all figured out. Many people come to coaching feeling stuck or unclear. Together, we’ll sort through the noise and uncover what matters most.
  • Is coaching worth the investment?
    If you’re ready to show up for yourself and create real change—absolutely. Coaching isn’t a quick fix; it’s an investment in your long-term well-being and quality of life.
  • Can I work with a coach even if I don’t have a medical diagnosis or serious condition?
    Yes, absolutely. Coaching isn’t just for when things feel “wrong." It’s also for when you’re ready to grow, shift, or simply feel more like yourself again. Many clients come to coaching because they want more clarity, energy, purpose, or support navigating everyday life. You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from having a thinking partner, accountability buddy, and space to reflect and reset.
